    Description

    Bad news:
    Backlight does not work. (Repair shop said they can't fix it)
    Factory reset. (Windows Media 5 software only)
    Missing "Caps" key & "Power" key on keypad. (Although the buttons still work)
    As-is (No returns)
    Good news:
    Battery included still holds a good charge
    Has Bluetooth & Wifi enabled
    Originally had Survey Pro 4.5.3 Max which is tied to the serial# of this device. However, the software was erased during the factory reset and I can't figure out how to re-install it.
