The front  reads "Ideal" .  There is a thin crack  at the front, a repair at the back and the neck is loose.  Please make sure that you see all the photos! So the instrument needs to be repaired and serviced. The overall length is approx. 95,5cm/ 37,5inches, the body has 50,5cm/ 19 7/8inches.
