* This mower has patented "Shear Away" pinion Gears for easy field repair. Notice the last picture in the gallery of photos and you will see the "relief groove" ground into the pinion gear just below the rotor. This is designed to help protect the cutter bar and
allow this inexpensive pinion gear to shear off and be sacrificed.

*  Machine has 6 disc with 2 blades per disc.

*  Requires 1 hydraulic outlet from your tractor for lifting of cutter bar.
