This kit is only available if you go through the OPOTA Crime Scene Investigations training, it's not available for sale on their website. There's nothing that the average citizen isn't allowed to own or use, it's a kit that comes with the specialized training classes in crime scene investigation.
In other words this is great for any police department or anyone who is interested in this type of thing, forensics, fingerprints, etc. It's actually a very cool kit with several known measuring decides (a 25' tape measure is one), multiple brushes for each different colored powder, plus a whole lot more.
Fun for just about anyone or can be a great working piece of valuable equipment at a police department.
