The package of 12 Catchmaster Home Pest Traps is new and unopened.
Customer satisfaction is what it’s all about.  Please let me know how I can meet your needs (particularly if you are dissatisfied in any way).  Items can be returned for any reason, though buyer must pay return shipping.  Please e-mail me with your concern before returning a package.  Refund will be made promptly, minus the original shipping charge, if any.  (Full refund including shipping charges may be granted in some instances, at seller discretion.)  Be sure to include a note with your eBay user ID, the auction number, and reason for returning.
For USA buyers, your order will be shipped by USPS (Postal Office), per specified shipping method.
An alternate shipping service such as FedEx or USP might be used on items over 16 oz.
USPS First Class, Priority Mail, parcel post or overnight services are usually available on request—request for an alternative shipping method may require shipping fee adjustment.
Book and media items will be sent by USPS media mail, and delivery time is estimated to be 2-9 days.
When “free shipping” is offered, it applies to U.S. purchases--international buyers to pay actual shipping cost.
Items are shipped out the same day shipping in most instances.

eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP) is highly recommended for international buyers, where available.
Please provide physical address for GSP, not P.O. Box.
