This is a 1966 Series of 50 (Vijftig / Cinquante) Belgium / Belgie Franks or Francs.  The banknote is serial number marked "1099 S 9873 / 274679873".
The note is in very good shape - overall clean for a note which has been in general circulation, no written markings, paper quality in good condition, some circulation handling marks / folding marks, some margin folds present, note has detailed watermark, a few tiny pinholes - I am not a currency expert so I am not offering a grade on the item - please use all the provided photographs to determine condition.
