The Shelby GT350R variant of the "S550" Ford Mustang is a track-focused performance car benchmarked against competitors like the Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 and the Porsche 911 GT3. Compared to the standard GT350, it has improved grip, less weight, a more aggressive aerodynamic body kit, and it's the first mass-produced road car to come stock with carbon fiber wheels, resulting in a highly competent muscle car for the track.
