Description
Capture the sound of the “Duke of Drive”, Terry Baucom! Designed with Terry’s hard driving bluegrass style in mind, this incredible American Walnut banjo features a light weight bell bronze 20 hole Deering tone ring. Terry also chose the traditional Deering neck shape for optimum comfort and for the fast and accurate fretting demanded by his hard-driving playing style.
This has a walnut neck and resonator with an ebony fretboard.  This has all original nickel hardware including original one piece flange and original Deering 06 Tone Ring.  The fretboard has the Baucom inlay and the tailpiece is engraved Deering.  This Banjo is gorgeous along with being a powerful and strong player.  This also includes a very clean original case.
Condition
This is in great shape and has been professionally cleaned at the Banjo Warehouse.  The banjo has been disassembled and all of the hardware has been buffed and polished with a high powered buffer.  The finish has been waxed to a shine as well.  The fretboard and frets are in great shape and the board has been cleaned and oiled.  There are spikes at the 7th and 9th frets.  This is in fantastic shape with just a touch of wear on the top/back of the headstock which is pictured.
Set Up
This has been set up at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta.  The head is the original Deering frosted head and is set to 90.  The bridge is a Snuffy Smith Bridge and the intonation is set.  The strings are new Huber Truetone .10 gauge strings and this is a superb player.  The original warranty and bridge are both in the case pocket.  This banjo has tone and is top quality just waiting for you to realize this is your dream banjo!
