White paint is 9 out of 10. Absolutely no rust anywhere! Shaved, filled and wire tucked engine bay. Interior has power window, wipers, tilt steering, all working lights, 2017 Mustang GT power seats. NO heat, NO AC, manual breaks, manual steering, Grant removable steering wheel, factory instruments are not connected but there is an OBD2 digital dash.
