1965 Ford Mustang

Description

1965 Ford Mustang GT. Four speed transmission with Hurst shifter. Good project car. Originally red had vehicle painted in 2015. Vehicle was registered and inspected in NY in 2016-2017. Was planning on resto project, so ordered additional parts which are available with the purchase of vehicle. Such as headliner, suspension parts: shocks & springs, headers, electric cooling fan, lower control arms, exterior trim pieces, floor pan pieces (not all) and subframe pieces. Check out pictures for additional parts that come with car. It has 8" rear with 4.11 gears.
When vehicle was still on the road, I redid the carpet, the dash pad and seat upholstery. I replaced fuel tank, fuel lines, radiator, brake lines, hoses, tires, master cylinder and front calipers. Was only used on and off for short period of time, when I started having issues with engine overheating. It was overheating due to rust circulating through cooling system. So, after that I took off road until I had the time or money to finish the project. That never happened!!!!!!   :(   So, it sat in garage for years until last year or so were I just covered it outside.
I also have a motor that I planned on putting in, which will come with sale of car if wanted. It's a 5.0 w/aluminum Edelbrock heads out of 1989 Ford mustang fox body that needs head gaskets. Also comes with Holley Carburetor.
