1920's Rolando Banjo Ukulele w/Original Soft Bag - Free Shipping!
Check out this super cool piece of musical history that's covered (literally) in Central NY history!
This 1920's Banjo Ukulele was made by Rolando. It was sold to us by the original owners grandson. His grandfather (the original owner) was a professor at Oswego university. As you can see, the head has been autographed by numerous students, colleagues, and anyone he deemed worthy of the honor!
Cosmetically this is in amazing shape for pushing 100 years old! The only real issue is it's missing 1 fret towards the body. Other than that, it plays and sounds great! The head is free of rip and tears (shocking for it's age), and the original canvas and leather bag is in equally as good of shape.
This truly is a piece of history, searching for a new home to treat is with the love it deserves.
